I operate an upscale restaurant. How do I know your programs will fit my product needs?
Our program started with white tablecloth restaurants, and many of our suppliers and programs are geared specifically to meet the needs of upscale restaurants. There will still be some suppliers that you are currently using that you will continue to use in our program, but generally speaking between 70% and 80% of your product and service needs can be met through our programs.
