Since our inception in 1999 by a group of independent restaurant owners who needed to compete in a world increasingly dominated by chains, Leading Restaurants of America has since become one of largest "chains" of independent restaurants in the country.

Our goal was and remains simple: to significantly improve the bottom line of our client restaurants and to make the lives of the owners, managers, chefs, and operators easier.

We recognized the increasing challenges of today’s independent restaurant. Higher food costs, higher labor costs, higher operating costs…and lower margins than ever before. While the chains continued to grow, increasing sales and revenue to make up for these increased costs was becoming more difficult. So what is the answer? Cutting back on services or quality? By leveraging our buying power to negotiate chain type programs with suppliers of goods and services, we’ve been able to significantly lower costs in both the back of the house and the front of the house without sacrificing quality. And, as if saving money wasn’t good enough, our purchasing programs save hours upon hours of "shopping around" and “policing the price” so you can do the things that are truly important to you and your business.
